She specializes in creating pastries that are as aesthetically pleasing as they are delicious, and matching the theme of your event perfectly. If you can imagine it, we can bake it!
With over 25 years of experience in the pastry field and a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Lima, Peru, Chef Rissone brings skill and expertise to our kitchen. As the founder and director of Pastry is Art, she infuses creativity in every mouth-watering pastry, sumptuous dessert, and elegant cake we produce.
